• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n\n
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.\n\nRequirements : \n\n
• Candidates must have a Nevada license (required for submission).\n\n
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations\n\n
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.\n\n
• 12 months between Staff at Program : AHSA Program - Banner Health\n\nPre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.\n\nAdditional Details : \n\nBanner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios.\n\nCannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling : weekends only, block scheduling, etc.\n\nOnly 1 Holiday RTO will be accepted.
