A leading senior living organization in Bethesda is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical and operational leadership in its physician-led geriatrics practice. The ideal candidate will have expertise in geriatric care, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence. This full-time role includes oversight of clinical staff, development of clinical programs, and participation in administrative duties, offering a competitive salary between $250,000 and $330,000 per year.
