Position : Locums

Practice Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient

Pay rate : Call : $300 / hr, OT, Weekend Call, and Call back

Schedule :

The facility is looking for a provider that is available for 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Open to M-F rotating weekend coverage model as well
M-F 8 Hours Days
1 : 5 weekend rotation

Details :

Clinical Area : Hematology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting, Hematology - Inpatient Setting

Patient Population for Required Coverage : Adult

Number of Physicians in Practice : 3

Will There be Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? yes we have 4 full-time Radiation Oncologists

How Many APPs Provide Coverage : 5 full-time APs

50% Hem, 50% Onc

Trauma Level / Designation (Hospital) : Community Hospital

Documentation System / EMR : Epic

REQUIREMENTS :

Board Certified in Medical Oncology OR Hem / Onc- Required

ACLS - Required

NY State License - Required

Note : All Travel, Lodging, Car Rental or Mileage Coverage & Malpractice with Tails are covered!
