Service Readiness Architect

A company is looking for a Service Readiness Architect (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams to deliver solutions, roadmaps, and visions

Architect service offers and define delivery requirements with stakeholders

Ensure service delivery teams are prepared to support new services globally

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or related field

5 years of product management, service design, or service delivery experience

Conceptual knowledge of IT operations including Network and Security Operations

Experience with service catalog management in a corporate setting is a plus

Ability to navigate regional requirements for global service delivery solutions
