Job descriptionTriage incoming Recruiting tickets, confirming scope and validating effort Monitor ticket progression across the Recruiting workstream for quality standards and timelines Serve as the functional domain leader, providing guidance and ongoing support to consultants Develop and deliver thought leadership content, including webinars and best practice materials Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to proactively identify retention and growth opportunities Active Workday Certification in Workday Recruiting 5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant at the level of a subject matter expert 5+ years of post-production support for Workday Recruiting Proven ability to mentor and coach consultants, serving as a subject matter expert Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration Ability to connect tactical AMS delivery with broader HR / technology transformation initiatives Experience navigating client-facing situations and coordinating support resources
