Taylor's Construction Inc. is looking to hire a Flagger who provides safe traffic control for construction and utility projects by directing motorists and ensuring the safety of both workers and the public. This role is critical to maintaining order and protecting work zones.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic flow using signs, signals, and hand gestures
• Set up and remove traffic control equipment before and after work shifts
• Maintain situational awareness and adjust to traffic conditions
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors
• Communicate hazards or incidents to crew leadership
• Keep work zone free of obstructions and debris
