General Manager Requirements & Qualifications :

• 2-3 years of Restaurant General Manager experience with full-service independent restaurant concepts
• Sales volume of $6 Million+
• Proven leadership experience with teams of over 40 people to ensure team stability and growth
• Full P&L ownership
• Passion for hospitality and exceeding the guest's expectations
• Experience with Open Table, Aloha, HotSchedules
