Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent Marc Ashley located in Germantown, Tn. is seeking a motivated, people person to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Marc Ashley you will build and develop customer relationships to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Our Team builds each other up and supports and helps every meet their goals. If your not already licensed, your study guides and materials and test are paid for. (some restrictions apply).

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
