Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Manage and coordinate audits, including liaising with external auditors.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in financial planning, variance analysis, and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and efficiencies.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and industry trends.
• Identify and effectively communicate existing and potential risks to the CAO.
