Community Manager - Online PvP Card Game (Remote - LATAM Time Zones)

We're hiring a Community Manager to lead engagement across Discord, social media, and live events for a fast-paced online card battler currently in open alpha. You'll be the voice of the players, the bridge to the dev team, and the heartbeat of the community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow community channels, especially Discord.
- Create and maintain a content calendar (patch notes, memes, Q&As, spotlights).
- Moderate discussions, answer player questions, and surface feedback.
- Organise and promote live events (streams, tournaments, previews).
- Collaborate with Support and Marketing to ensure smooth player experiences.
- Track and report on sentiment, engagement, and growth.
- Define and maintain community tone and voice.
- Empower community champions and contributors.
Requirements :
2+ years in community or player-facing roles (Web3 / Games preferred).Strong written communication and internet culture fluency.Discord server management experience.Organised and adaptable in remote environments.Familiarity with Web3 tools and terminology.Fluent English.Bonus Points :
