We are looking for a motivated Freelance Writer to join the #1 National Cable Morning Show, Fox & Friends, and Fox & Friends First. As the Freelance Writer, you'll write compelling and conversational copy to pull viewers in on a wide variety of topics.

You will be offered the following shift :

Saturday-Wednesday, 1 AM ET - 9 AM ET

A snapshot of your responsibilities :

• Efficiently and accurately write and produce multiple compelling headlines at once
• Write scripts and banners
• Cut video and sound bites; produce graphics
• Consistently meet firm deadlines on multiple assignments
• Work with reporters on their hits while following guidance from the show's senior producer
• Flag producers about updates on your assignments, including breaking news developments and new visual elements
• Collaborate with the show's head writer, copy editor, and writing team
• Think outside the box to tell a story

What you will need :

We will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable law. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate / range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $31.00-38.00 per hour.
