Assignment for 16-26 weeks

PT for Adult Home Health : CANNOT accommodate 10H shifts. Weekend rotations. This candidate will be expected to do 5-6 clients per day. We desperately need a candidate who has strong clinical / assessment skills and that is fluent in navigating different EMRs. Must be flexible with holidays. Requirements :

• Licensed PT, please note any others
• Prior travel required, at least 2 previous travel assignments preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (or more) with home health required Additional Information :
• IVS to OFFER
• Monday to Sunday
• No block schedules for any reason
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 12 / 01
• Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
• This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers :
