The role involves providing care in medical, surgical, and telemetry units. The nurse will be responsible for interpreting dysrhythmias and managing cardiac drips without titration. Candidates should have experience with insulin protocols, telemetry management, and cardiac monitoring. Flexibility to float between units based on patient needs is essential. Weekend coverage is required on an every-other-weekend basis. The float pool team includes nurses, patient care associates, and other healthcare staff.
