We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Lead Management to join our Financial Advisor / Field Marketing team. This critical leadership role will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion efforts across multiple channels.

The Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by ensuring the seamless alignment of marketing efforts, leveraging data-driven insights, and delivering high-quality leads to branch teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Partner on creation of engaging content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align goals.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Report on performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Hiring Minimum : $168500

Hiring Maximum : $286900
