Nursing Leadership Opportunity-Unit Manager (RN / LPN)

Now Hiring : Unit Manager – RN or LPN

Location : Michigan

Reports to : Director of Nursing (DON)

Join our team during an exciting time of growth! We’re seeking compassionate and licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to lead our care teams and provide exceptional service to residents.

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily care delivery and supervise CNAs

Administer medications and treatments

Ensure accurate documentation of resident care

Support onboarding and training of new staff

Lead team meetings and participate in QA initiatives

Adjust staffing as needed to meet resident and budget needs

Communicate with physicians and support ongoing clinical excellence

Requirements :

Active RN or LPN license in Michigan

Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
