About The Position

We are a dynamic IT technology firm specializing in IT Consulting Services. We are growing fast and we are committed to driving growth and excellence for our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team and contribute to our financial success.

The Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple financial functions within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Financial Reporting : Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting : Develop and manage the annual budget, including forecasting revenue, expenses, and cash flow. Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
  • Internal Controls : Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including tax filings, audits, and other statutory requirements.
  • Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Financial Analysis : Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and financial modeling.
  • Cash Management : Oversee cash flow management, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury functions.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
