Job descriptionFinancial Reporting : Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Budgeting and Forecasting : Develop and manage the annual budget, including forecasting revenue, expenses, and cash flow. Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis. Internal Controls : Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including tax filings, audits, and other statutory requirements. Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Financial Analysis : Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and financial modeling. Cash Management : Oversee cash flow management, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury functions. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the technology sector. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
