Registered Nurse, Main Operating Room ($20,000 sign-on) - Now Hiring

Position Summary / Department Summary : \nWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston Operating Room.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Peri-operative care in both scrub and circulating roles.\n
• Providing clinical support and resources.\n
• Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation : \n
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.\nExperience : \n
• A minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience as an RN.\n
• Pediatric Operating Room RN experience preferred.\n
• 2+ years of Operating Room experience as an RN preferred.\nLicensure / Certifications : \n
• Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse RN\n
• $20,000 sign-on for RNs with over 2 years of OR experience who have not worked at BCH in 2+ years \n
• This position is eligible for a $10,000 Employee Referral Bonus for internal employees \n
