A company is looking for a Strategic Growth Vice President.
Key Responsibilities
Leads execution of enterprise-wide initiatives aligned with strategic growth and transformation agendas
Translates strategic objectives into defined workstreams with accountable owners and performance metrics
Collaborates with stakeholders to drive innovation, partnerships, and data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field preferred
Typically requires 10 years of leadership experience in academic health systems or strategic planning
Experience in cross-functional leadership and initiative management in complex organizations
Familiarity with academic medical center operations and data / technology solutions
No specific licensure or certification required
