Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - SNF - Canon City, CO

We are currently seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Canon City, CO.   • Schedule : Full-Time | Monday-Friday
  • Type : Direct Hire / Permanent Placement

About the Facility :

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Estimated rate range : $40-45 / hr , depending on experience, setting, and location
  • Full benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
  • PTO & Paid Holidays
  • Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Document patient progress using EMR systems
  • Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Current CO SLP license (or eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP preferred , but CFs may be considered when supervision is available
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
