Job descriptionSafely operate delivery vehicles to transport major appliances to customers' homes. Unload, install, and demonstrate appliances while ensuring customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and appliance features. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues to management. Assist in warehouse duties, including inventory management and appliance staging. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during deliveries. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery-related concerns promptly. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience driving larger vehicles. Strong physical stamina to lift and maneuver heavy appliances. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in delivery or logistics is preferred. Basic knowledge of appliance installation and operation is a plus. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
