Colorado Licensed Inpatient Coding Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Inpatient Coding.

Key Responsibilities

Develops departmental goals, standards, and objectives to support organizational strategy

Manages staff relations, including performance management and conflict resolution

Oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and departmental budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED

Coding-related certification from AHIMA or AAPC

Preferred : Bachelor's degree or certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)

4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
