Adventist Health Portland
is seeking mission minded Anesthesiologists to join
a collegial group on the East side of Portland, Oregon.
The ideal candidate is a board certified / eligible Anesthesiologist
who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, thrives in a
flexible work environment, works well independently and can
effectively prioritize their time.
Both newly
trained and experienced physicians with a collaborative approach to
medicine will be considered.

Busy OR with a
case mix that includes :
General, Ortho, Spine,
Open and Endovascular, Thoracic, Urology, Endoscopy, Cath Lab EP,
Interventional Radiology, GYN, OB, Bariatrics, Robotics,
Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery
Rare Pediatric or ENT
No Trauma, No Hearts, No Intracranial Neuro
Weekday Call frequency - 2 -3 weeknights per
month and will always have post call day off. Weekend Call - 1 in
5-6 weekends - will become fewer as we hire and expand
Minimal CRNA Supervision
Compensation 1.0 FTE
Base salary : $580,000 / year
50 hour work week average
10 weeks of paid time off
$100,000 starting bonus

Candidates must be Board Certified
or Board Eligible, be Oregon licensed or eligible and meet the
hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.
