Integration / Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our IT Services organization on the Application Integrations team. In this role, you will shape the architecture and technical direction of integration solutions across the enterprise, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with evolving business needs. About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent, relevant work experience
• At least 7 years of experience with enterprise application or data integration planforms such as , MuleSoft / Boomi / Informatica / IBM Integration Bus.
• 5+ years of experience working with microservices architecture and building or designing RESTful APIs and lifecycle management, and performance optimization
• 3+ years of programming experience with Python / Jan / .Net / C++ / C..etc and leveraging GitHub Copilot or similar Gen AI tools to generate, configure, and refine code
• 2+ years of experience mentoring or guiding development teams on integration / data architecture best practices

About the Team

You’ll be joining a collaborative and innovative IT Services organization focused on modernizing and scaling enterprise systems through intelligent integrations and microservices. The team includes three existing architects located in Ann Arbor and Philadelphia, and works closely with internal development teams across India, Belgrade, and the US. You’ll be partnering with a wide range of stakeholders including developers, designers, and product owners to bring cutting-edge integration capabilities to life.

Hours of Work

Full-time permanent position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed

Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days / week on-site)

Must live within a commutable distance to our Ann Arbor, MI or Philadelphia, PA office
