Labor & Delivery RN – High Risk / Mother-Baby Unit\n\nShift : Night 3x12 (19 : 00– 07 : 30)\n\nExperience : 3–5+ years in high-risk, high-acuity labor & delivery; supervisory references required\n\nCertifications : BLS, NRP required; ACLS, AWHONN Advanced / Intermediate preferred\n\nSkills : EPIC, electronic fetal monitoring, baby nurse functions (NB care, Vit K, eyes / thighs assessment, Heparin, Insulin, Magnesium Sulfate); must circulate, not screen\n\nFloat : Postpartum / Antepartum ; may float to sister facilities\n\nSchedule : Every other weekend & holidays; posted every 6 weeks\n\nFacility : 4 ORs, 31 beds, ~500–600 deliveries / month, avg census 15 / day\n\nRestrictions : No first-time travelers; pre-approved time off case by case
