We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Endodontist to join our growing dental team in a private practice setting. We have 250–300 new patients visit us per month and over 10,000 active patients that we care for routinely. However, we are not a corporate DSO. We just know how to market! Our practice offers a collaborative, patient‑focused environment where quality care and excellent service are our top priorities. We offer a flexible schedule for those that work at multiple offices. We have 4 locations in Laurel, Bowie, and Bethesda. Key Responsibilities

• Perform endodontic treatment including simple and difficult root canal therapy, retreatments, apicoectomy, broken file retrieval or bypassing, etc.
• Provide comprehensive care with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct patient consultations, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow‑up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
