Athletic Fundraising Office Assistant

The Department of Athletics is seeking a casual hourly Athletic Fundraising Office Assistant. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Advancement, the athletic fundraising office assistant will provide administrative support that includes report generation, newsletter templates, event preparation and day-of event staffing support for the Athletics Friends Groups and Princeton Varsity Club, and other duties as assigned. The assistant will serve as a key support for the entire athletic fundraising office, including primary areas such as communications, events, reporting and stewardship. The assistant will also work with Campus Recreation as a liaison for club sport communications and alumni and donor outreach.
Qualified candidates must possess excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills along with discretion, good judgment, and a commitment to keep confidentiality of all data related to Princeton and its alumni and donors. A Bachelor's degree and two to four years of professional higher education development-related experience is preferred. Ability to work nights and weekends (as needed) is preferred.
