Must have two years' experience in the Orthopedic service line.

Must be able to scrub and circulate orthopedic cases (or learn to scrub within 1 year of hire).

4 days (10hr) or 5 days (8hr) shifts

• Scheduled Hours : Full Time;
• 4 - 10 hour shifts or 5 - 8 hour shifts a week (40 hours weekly);

Job Summary :

The Clinical Lead is responsible for coordination of patient care activities, workflow and scheduling within the Operating Room Ortho Trauma Service Line. Acts as a clinical and administrative resource to staff and provides work direction. Performs charge nurse responsibilities and assumes responsibility for the nursing unit as directed by the supervisor.
