Position Summary
Amro Music is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and musically knowledgeable Print Music & E-Commerce Manager to lead our print music department and own the online presentation of products across Amros website. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate, customer-ready product information both in-store and online. Experience in music, education, retail, or digital merchandising is preferred; print music content knowledge can be trained.
In this role, you will oversee print music inventory and purchasing, support educators and musicians, maintain online school store pages and product listings, and collaborate across departments to ensure our physical and digital storefronts deliver a consistent, professional, and educator-friendly experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay starts at $19.00 / hour plus commissions based on sales volume

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management Print Music
Monitor inventory levels of sheet music, method books, and educational resourcesPlace and track orders with publishers and distributorsConduct routine inventory audits and maintain accurate recordsCustomer & Educator Support
Provide exceptional in-store and remote support for teachers and musiciansPull and prepare director orders for timely fulfillmentAssist with special orders and curriculum requestsCollaborate with educational representatives on school events and initiativesSales, Marketing & Merchandising
Develop strategies to drive print music sales and engagementMaintain organized and appealing displays in-store and onlinePartner with marketing to promote print music in digital and in-store channelsWebsite & E-Commerce Management
Maintain and update individual school store pages with director-approved accessories and materialsPartner with Piano, Band, and Orchestra teams to ensure product info, pricing, and stock status are accurate for listed accessories and serialized instrumentsProactively identify missing or outdated listings and correct them without waiting for a requestPartner with Marketing to improve usability, layout, and overall online customer experienceCross-Department Collaboration
Support Serialized Inventory, Piano Gallery, and Office teams as neededProvide office coverage and attend rental meetingsAssist educational representatives with special projects and eventsInnovation & Project Implementation
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and sales growthLead and participate in department-wide projects aligned with Amros missionTake ownership of creative initiatives in an independent and collaborative cultureRequirements :
Qualifications & Attributes
Bachelors degree in Music, Music Education, Business, or related field preferredStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsFamiliarity with musical repertoire and publishers is helpful but can be trainedProficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale / inventory systemsAbility to manage multiple projects with accuracy in a fast-paced environmentJoin Our Team
