Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Were seeking a dependable and experienced Supervising Pharmacist (Pharmacist in Charge) for an independent retail pharmacy located in Flushing, Queens, NY . This is an urgent need for a pharmacist who can step in quickly, take ownership of operations, and provide exceptional patient care.

Position Details :

Location : Flushing, NY (Queens)

Setting : Independent Retail Pharmacy

Type : 48 Week Temp-to-Hire (option for direct hire)

Schedule : Monday Friday, 9 : 30am 5 : 30pm

Start Date : ASAP

Requirements :

Active New York (NY) Pharmacist License (in good standing)

PharmD or Bachelors degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program

Full fortability serving as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)

Experience in retail or independent pharmacy (required)

Familiarity with MicroMerchant / PrimeRx software (required)

Strong leadership, reliability, and adaptability

Excellent munication and patient service skills

Confident handling insurance plans and managing a small technician team

Preferred Qualifications :

Fluency in Mandarin (a plus, but not required)

Prior experience leading pharmacy operations and process improvement initiatives

Additional Information :

The pharmacy averages 7080 prescriptions daily , with slightly higher volume at the start of each month.

Supported by a small, collaborative team of pharmacy technicians.
