A company is looking for a Veterinary Technician Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the nurse recruiting life cycle for a region, focusing on recruitment and sourcing

Establish relationships with nursing students and Veterinary Technicians through various sourcing strategies

Maintain a pipeline of candidates and manage them through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of prior high-level Veterinary recruiting experience preferred or experience in the Veterinary industry

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Prior ATS and data analytics experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Strong negotiation skills
