Responsibilities :
- Gather and document essential information for new resident admissions.
- Monitor and record residents' vitals and overall health status.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide wound care and assist with bedsores.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care.
- Track and report residents' food and fluid intake / output.
