Job descriptionProvide compassionate, comprehensive patient care including exams, diagnosis, treatment, and education Manage and coordinate care for your patient panel Complete documentation, lab reviews, and patient follow-up in a timely manner Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and specialists Current Oklahoma NP or PA license (required) Minimum one year of experience (preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated with a positive, patient-centered attitude Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 100% employer-paid for the employee Malpractice insurance CME allowance and time off

Our well-established family medicine practice , serving the Clinton community since 2007, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. We have a large, loyal patient base and are expanding to meet increasing demand.
You will work independently while collaborating closely with our team of one NP, one MD, and dedicated clinical support staff . We pride ourselves on our collegial, family-like culture - our providers genuinely enjoy working together and supporting one another every day.
What We Offer
- No weekends! No evenings! Half-day Fridays!
- Two LPNs per provider for strong clinical support
- Advanced AI documentation tools integrated with our EMR
- Competitive base salary ($115,000 / year) plus a generous productivity bonus - the sky's the limit!
