Salary : $30-$45 per hour depending on experience

Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc, (SBR) is hiring for part-time (minimum 10 hours per week) Behavior Specialists to support the positive emotional and behavioral growth of adults with Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities and Autism.

Must have Daytime availability.

Travel is 90%

Must have a working computer.

Responsibilities include the completion of a functional assessment; the development of a behavioral support plan which includes strategies to support the individual based upon assessment; the provision of training to individuals, staff, parents, and caregivers and ongoing face-to-face contact / meetings with the person and their team.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree, Masters Preferred in Human Services, or related field

Minimum of two years working directly with individuals with ID / A; preferably adults

Drivers License and reliable vehicle

Proficient and professional writing and communication skills

Knowledge of web-based data systems
