Responsibilities Include :

  • Conducting OT evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating closely with BCBAs, SLPs, and families
  • Contributing to client goal development and behavior plans
  • Providing training to caregivers and staff as needed
  • Participating in team meetings and client progress reviews
  • Supervising OT students if desired

  • Structured onboarding process with shadowing and mentorship
  • Integration into the interdisciplinary clinical team
  • Ongoing coaching, feedback, and access to in-house resources
  • Orientation to clinical systems and tools used center-wide

    • Requirements :

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current licensure in applicable state
  • Experience or interest in working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
