Pay Rate : $12 - $16 / hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available : 8-hr Shifts

Job Summary :

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on a PRN basis, you will provide essential support to patients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work hours in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities :

Personal Care Assistance : Aid patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

Mobility Support : Assist patients with movement, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.

Vital Signs Monitoring : Measure and record vital signs like temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.

Patient Observation : Monitor patients for changes in condition and report findings to nursing staff.

Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and observations.

Supportive Communication : Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a compassionate environment.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent.

Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey.

CPR / BLS certification.

Minimum 6 months of CNA experience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
