Production Associate START ASAP

Location : Morgantown, PA

Schedule : 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM (2-2-3, alternating schedule, every other weekend)

Pay : $20.51 per hour + $40 weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus

Position Overview

The Production Associate will be responsible for operating and monitoring automated machinery, conducting quality checks, and packaging finished products. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor multiple machines simultaneously

Perform quality control checks on containers and lids

Package products, tape boxes, and load pallets

Move materials using pallet jacks

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license (no ride-sharing or carpooling permitted)

Must be able to stand on concrete floors for the entire shift

Able to lift up to 40 lbs

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Must wear steel toe boots (company provides lab coat, hairnet, beard net, and hearing protection)

Strict compliance with appearance standards (no fake nails, nail polish, or false eyelashes)

No felony convictions

Drug screening required
