We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Sr.Manager to join Visa’s Developer Experience- Developer Tools team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled engineers and ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of Developer tools platform. You will work closely with key stakeholders from development teams to design, implement, and maintain robust DevOps solutions that meet the needs of our growing organization. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Additionally, the Senior Manager in the Developer Experience group will be responsible for engineering and supporting various technologies and tools to provide best Developer experience for Visa’s Development community.  Key responsibilities include :

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

8+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience

Work Hours : Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements : This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY :  The estimated salary range for this position is $153,500 to $245,900 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).  Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
