Communications Coordinator

Job Description

The Communications Coordinator plays a key role within the Marketing department, supporting both internal and external communications to ensure clear, consistent, and brand-aligned messaging. This role is responsible for crafting engaging content across a variety of channels that informs employees, supports organizational initiatives, and enhances the overall member experience.

As part of the Marketing team, the Communications Coordinator will focus on copy development, content planning, and communication execution-working closely with colleagues across departments to maintain alignment in voice, tone, and messaging.

Key Responsibilities :

External Communications

• Draft and distribute press releases, service announcements, and member-facing email campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with brand standards and strategic initiatives
• Maintain and update media lists; support media outreach and monitor coverage as needed
• Contribute to messaging for social media, website content, and other public-facing materials in coordination with the broader Marketing team
• Track communication performance metrics and use insights to refine messaging and improve reach
