What You'll Do :

The Compute Abstractions team has a goal to provide the right compute abstraction to meet the needs of customers, while reinforcing the fundamental value propositions of CoreWeave. We design and build systems and platforms that allow customers to be pioneers in AI.

About The Role :

• We are looking for a Staff Product Manager for Kubernetes & Compute Abstractions to lead the strategic direction and execution of our current and future compute abstraction offerings, including the CoreWeave Kubernetes Abstractions, our Bare Metal offering, and a forward-looking strategy for additional compute abstractions.
• This is a pivotal role that will focus on building a cohesive product strategy that aligns with our broader goals, forward-looking roadmaps, execution and delivery of innovative product offerings to enable our customers to create the next generation of AI experiences.

The base salary range for this role is $188,000 to $275,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
