📍 Remote Northern California (Bay Area preferred)

💼 Full-Time | Reports to Director of Investments & Operations

Were seeking a driven, detail-oriented Investor Relations & Operations Analyst to join a growing real estate investment platform. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that supports investor relations, operations, marketing, and executive initiatives.

About the Role

Youll be the connective force between investor relations, investments, operations, and marketing helping ensure smooth communication, process efficiency, and an excellent investor experience.

This position offers broad exposure to the inner workings of a real estate investment firm and is ideal for someone who enjoys both the operational and relationship sides of the business.

What Youll Do

Investor Relations

Prepare investment materials, quarterly updates, and presentations for investors.

Coordinate investor meetings and communications through CRM / portal software (e.g., Juniper Square, IMS).

Maintain investor records and ensure data accuracy.

Serve as the first point of contact for investor inquiries.

Support relationship management and investor retention efforts.

Operations & Executive Support

Act as liaison between acquisitions, accounting, and leadership teams.

Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel coordination.

Oversee remote office administration and vendor relationships.

Plan team events and company offsites.

Support SOP creation, project tracking, and workflow optimization.

Marketing & Communications

Help create marketing collateral, pitch decks, and investor-facing materials.

Manage website updates and social media presence (particularly LinkedIn).

Coordinate photography, videography, and branded events.

Collaborate with leadership on PR and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field

Strong communication and writing skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Quick learner, comfortable with new software and tools

Positive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities
