Med / Surg RN Job Details Location : Lone Tree, CO 80124 (Denver Metro Area) Unit : Medical / Neuro Trauma (3rd Floor, 33 beds) Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse Start Date : November 17, 2025 End Date : February 16, 2026 Duration : 13-week contract Shift : 12-hour nights (7P - 7A) Hours per Week : 36 Estimated Weekly Salary : $1470 - $1570 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active and unencumbered RN license (Colorado or compact state) Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience ACLS certification preferred (American Heart Association) Experience with EMR systems; Meditech experience preferred Strong clinical skills, positive attitude, and adaptability Med / Surg RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in a 33-bed Medical / Neuro Trauma unit Manage a patient ratio of 5 : 1 during night shifts Collaborate with fellow Registered Nurses and charge nurses (no techs on unit) Accurately document nursing care and interventions using Meditech EMR Participate in standard Med / Surg procedures and support patient recovery Adhere to hospital policies, unit guidelines, and best practices in clinical care Take the next step in your healthcare career with this rewarding travel nursing job in Lone Tree, Colorado.
