Bilingual Spanish Senior Processor

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Senior Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Process various loan programs including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans

Request, review, and verify all loan documents for accuracy before submission to underwriting

Maintain communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status and updates

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Current experience with processing purchase loans

Proficient in Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems

Understanding of compliance regulations and investor guidelines
