About The Position

Must-Have : Experience in cardiac telemetry, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias

Description :

Registered Nurse needed for a telemetry unit specializing in nephrology.

The shift is nights with a ratio of 1 nurse to 5-6 patients.

Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar setting.

First-time travelers are welcomed.

Weekend availability required : two shifts every other weekend, which may include Friday / Saturday or Saturday / Sunday for night shifts.

Experience with peritoneal dialysis is preferred.

Interdisciplinary support available, including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.

The unit handles patients with diagnoses such as COVID, unstable cardiac conditions, and renal failure.

Lift equipment is utilized within the unit.

Candidates must complete any required modules prior to the start date.
