• Seeking a Board-Certified Geriatric Medicine or IM or FM
• Make an impact on seeing the underserved population
• Decatur, GA is 6 miles northeast of Atlanta city center in Dekalb County
• Full-time permanent Outpatient Only position
• Monday " FridayNo nights, no weekends
• Small patient panels for consistency and focus (2-15 patients per day)
• Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
• Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
