Our client, a real estate development and investment company, is seeking an on-site temporary Leasing Assistant to support their team in Alexandria, VA!

About the Job :

• Act as the face of the building.
• Work with tenants, talk through leases, set up follow-up appointments, and respond to resident requests.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Community / resident event planning and flyer creation.
• Other tasks / responsibilities as needed.
