Who we're looking for :

• VERSATILITY - Cutting skills that span all textures / lengths of hair
• KNOWLEDGE - Interested in current trends, products, and services
• TDLR - Keep a clean and sanitized station

Our pay structure :

• Service Commission : 40-45% based on sales
• Product Commission : 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
• Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions
• 100% of your tips go directly to you on your paycheck

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hair cutting experience
• Texas State Cosmetology and / or Barber License
