Job description

job summary : Responsibilities :

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner while attempting to assist with a resolution of the caller’s tax issue
  • Leverage a communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and / or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Activity documenting discussions of call and leverage internal tools for next level resolution needs
  • Ability to work in a structured, fast paced environment while working with a computer and typing skills (35wpm)
  • Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets
