Job Summary : The Therapy StaffingCoordinator is responsible for connecting therapy providers with pediatric referrals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Referrals : Efficiently staff all incoming pediatric therapy referrals to ensure timely service delivery.
• Optimize Provider Placement : Assign therapists to condensed geographic areas to maximize productivity and meet required service hours.
• Monitor Availability : Keep a close eye on therapist schedules and availability to ensure coverage and balance.
• Communicate Proactively : Serve as a key liaison between families, therapists, referral sources, and internal departments.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with other departments to ensure services begin promptly and smoothly.
• Leverage Reporting Tools : Use internal reports to track staffed hours and identify gaps in provider availability.
• Support Providers : Assist with provider-related concerns and help resolve issues as they arise.
• Drive Outreach Efforts : Conduct daily outreach to meet departmental goals and help providers achieve their desired caseloads.
• Manage Authorizations : Follow up on service authorizations and handle related documentation.
• Adapt and Assist : Take on additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support team success.

Benefits Include :

Compensation : Full-time hourly non-exempt $21-24per hour

Hours : In office, Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm or 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm.Please note that this is not a remote position
