Full-time Pediatrics Practice

We are seeking a full-time pediatrician to join an established, hospital-employed pediatric practice in the Idaho Falls area. The practice is led by a physician, who has served the community for 10 years. He is seeking a partner to help manage the continued growth and meet the increasing patient needs in the community.

• Base Salary : $250,000 guarantee
• Incentive Productivity Bonus available of $53 per wRVU for everything over 5200 wRVUs
• $40,000 practice commencement and moving bonus
• $5,000 per year for CME
• Up to $5,000 per year in bonuses for quality metrics.
• 5 days of CME time per year
• 4 weeks of PTO
